General Manager's Office: General Manager's Office is the general manager's routine administrative body, whose main mission is, by observing the general manager's instruction, to orchestrate the work of administration and management of the guest house. General manager's office also takes charge of the disposition of vehicles that the hotel possesses. There are three cars for guests currently: Passat, Fukang , and a 19-seat Toyota microbus.

Food and Beverage Department: Food and Beverage Department is one of the direct service sections, an important reputation-building and profit-making section. There are 5 business sections: Zhonghua Hall, Shiji Hall, Wuzhou Hall, Datang Bar and Dinning Rooms; 5 logistic sections: First Floor Kitchen, Second Floor Kitchen, Western Food Kitchen, Main Kitchen and Meal Service Group.
The first floor is Zhonghua Hall which can accommodate 150 persons. It provides 24-hour meal service as well as breakfast buffet .
In the south of the first floor is Shiji Hall which can hold 70 persons. It mainly offers snacks with various flavors.
Wuzhou Hall is a western-style restaurant where 60 persons can be served at the same time.
Datang Bar is a bar that can accept 30 persons. In addition to various kinds of wines, it also provides tea , coffee and other beverages
Dinning Rooms are mainly distributed on the second and third floor. There are 12 rooms all together, six of which are luxurious ones.

Room Service Department: The guest house contains a service of 105 rooms and 185 beds, all of which are elegantly decorated and fully equipped. The facilities and services extended are: 24-hour cold and hot water, mini-typed water fountain, refrigerators, scale, carpet, fire autoalarm, fire extinguishing system and free internet access. In addition, there are central air conditioners, the temperature of which can be adjusted to satisfy your needs. About 47 local and the Chinese-English programs can be received through the satellite television installed in each room. The guest room center promises 24-hour services.

Security Department: “Safety is heavier than Mount Tai” — Security department is a supervision section which deals with fire control and public security of the hotel.

Financial Department: Financial department is one of the function sections, which is mainly in charge of the management of funds and supplies of the hotel.

Engineering Department: It takes charge of energy control and the management, circulation and maintenance of the equipments of the hotel.

Public Relations Department: Under the supervision of general manager, its task is to formulate sale program, set sale target and construct reservation network. Its task also includes the organizing representatives of the public relations whose function is to help promote and improve product sale, develop inside and outside public relations activities, establish hotel image, raise popularity and reputation of the hotel.

Its management also involves employees' training, assessment, rewards and punishment and employees' work allocation.
